Terms and Conditions

Once you have an idea of the things you'd like to do, all you have to do is fill in the contact form or send me an email and then I can work out your bespoke itinerary.

Small family groups and Individuals:
In central London, we can walk, use public transport,  a cab, black cab or I can arrange a chauffeur driven vehicle.
If you'd like to go to  do a day trip from London for the day, we can do by train if you'd like to do one site in-depth  or  for much more flexibility we can hire a chauffeur driven vehicle.

For Larger Groups

In this case it may be necessary to hire a mini bus or coach with a microphone and driver.

Length of Tour: 
Tours normally start and end in central London
Bookings are for either for 2 hours, a half day (up to 4 hours) or a full day (up to 9 hours). 

My Guiding fees are from:

​Tours are bespoke for each client, my fees vary depending on the tours and itinerary created. 
 

Deposit and Balance
In order to confirm the booking in advance, a 50%  deposit is required. .
Balance is due 30 days before the tour, or as otherwise agreed by mutual arrangement.

Payment
In pounds sterling.
Methods : Direct bank transfer, paypal  or by cheque if you have a UK bank account.
If coming from overseas you may pay by Paypal/Square -. Credit cards are now accepted
All banking charges are payable by the client .

Cancellation charges –.
Before 1 month: 50%. 
1 month - 15 days 75%. .
14 days - date of tour 100% 
Please remember your Travel Insurance which you should ensure covers you for unexpected cancellation.

Not Included - Additional Costs are:
I do not usually include the costs of Public Transport,  entry tickets, meals, theatre tickets  or tips for our drivers.
Tour Itinerary Planning in some cases. I am of course happy to organise all of the above in advance.
