City of Oxford Tour with visit to a University College
Oxford or the "City of Dreaming Spires," is best explored on foot within its city centre where most of its 38 colleges make up this unique and ancient University town. Oxford University has educated 27 British Prime Ministers, world leaders, well known clergymen, literary figures, actors, film producers and scientists. We have several options for this exceptional day out but some of its highlights are listed below:

- A highlights Tour of the Ashmolean Museum for example, Oliver Cromwell’s Deathmask, Guy Fawkes’ lantern and the exquisite Alfred Jewel (for groups of 15 or less).

- St Mary's Church, the University Church.
- An inside visit of one of Oxford’s many colleges, each one following a similar layout but with unique features, architecture and works of art.
- We could make our way down to one of Oxford's 2 rivers and you could try your hand at punting, a well known Oxford tradition.
- A short boat trip to the nearby village of Iffley for a look at a unique 12th century church with stunning stained-glass windows.
