Mary Poppins - A fun, interactive Tour of the City of London for Kids
This tour essentially concentrates on the institutions that make up the City of London and takes a fun and lively stroll, through the City of London which is the one square mile which which was founded by the Romans in 43AD.
- We link some of the City of London's most famous landmarks to the Mary Poppins film with costumes, songs rhymes and much more. So it's best if you've seen the film first
- We'll discuss the work of Sir Christopher Wren and discover buildings along our route from Roman times to the present day covering 2,000 years of London history.
- We will start on the steps of St Paul's Cathedral and will not feed the birds.
- We'll enter the Bank of England Museum.
